Beef

We aim to have fresh beef at the beginning of each month (in time for the Colchester Farmers' Market, on the first Friday). It is hung for at least three weeks, then expertly cut to our customer's requirements.

 

Beef Orders

Mini Beef Box (£45)

1 x 16th of a beast containing a mixture of fore and hind quarter. Individually priced the value of a mini beef box is over £50 and will contain approximatly 2 x joints, 2 x mince, 2 x braising steak, 2 x stewing packs and burgers or sausages if required. The exact content of each mini beef box is tailored to your requirements.

Shop opening hours

From 11am till about 3pm on a Thursday when we are labelling up ready for FREE local delivery.

 

Fridays & Saturdays

10 am till 5pm and when the 'OPEN' blackboard is showing. Please ring if you wish to visit outside these times.

Next available  Wednesday  30th August, 3 week hung, Angus cross, home reared, grass fed.
